AI Feature Terms — Control by Lost Hills

These AI Feature Terms apply to AI-assisted and AI-generated functionality within Control and supplement the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. User Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI outputs before relying on them for business, legal, financial, or other material decisions.

3. Restrictions

Do not use AI features for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes
Do not use outputs as sole basis for decisions with legal or similarly significant effects
Do not use AI features to violate rights, privacy, or confidential obligations

4. No Accuracy Warranty

AI outputs may be incomplete, incorrect, offensive, or unsuitable for your use case. We do not guarantee output accuracy, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Data Handling

Processing of prompts and outputs is governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not use Workspace Data to train general-purpose foundation models without explicit opt-in consent.
