2. Filing a Notice

Your notice should include:

• Your contact information
• A good-faith statement regarding unauthorized use
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorized
• Your physical or electronic signature

3. Counter-Notice

If you believe material was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice that includes your identifying information, the removed material details, and a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was due to mistake or misidentification.

4. Repeat Infringers

We may suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers or users who repeatedly violate intellectual property rights.
